How do I know how much a taxi ride costs?

To see the price of a taxi ride, enter the pick-up address, drop-off address and desired pick-up time. You will then receive a list of available taxi companies and their fixed prices, making it easy to compare and choose the option that suits you best. Please note that the price can be adjusted if you choose more passengers or if special additional services are added.

How do I cancel a booking?

Cancellation is made in the app or on the website and is possible until you have been allocated a car. You can cancel from the app or the web. Go to history and open the booking and click "Cancel". The Cancel button disappears when the trip can no longer be cancelled. When cancellation is no longer possible, there will be no refund of the trip. Contact Taxibooking support or the booked taxi company if you have any questions.

 

 

What do I do if the taxi is late?

If your taxi is delayed, contact the taxi company you have booked. The telephone number for the taxi company can be found in your booking confirmation.

What do I do if I forgot the password?

Select "Forgot Password" where you log in and enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset it. Click the link and enter a new password. Now your password is updated and you can log into the app again.

How do I find my booking?

If you have made the booking as logged in to your user account, you will find all your bookings under My trips. You can always open your booking confirmation via the link you received in the SMS confirmation.

How do I get a receipt?

Go under my trips and open a trip, there you will find your receipt for the trip if it is prepaid. You can also find the booking via the link you received via SMS. If you pay in the car, the receipt must be obtained from the driver.

Can I pick up a person on the way (via address)?

Unfortunately, we do not have that function yet, but if it is possible to book a taxi meter, you can always ask the driver to go to a via address.

Hur bokar jag till och från flygplatser?

Du bokar din resa som vanligt. Se till att ha ditt flightnummer tillgängligt, då vi kommer att fråga efter det under bokningen. Vid hämtning från flygplatsen behöver vi ditt flightnummer eftersom taxibolaget bevakar ditt flygs ankomst och anpassar hämtningstiden om flyget är försenat eller tidigarelagt. Vid bokning till flygplatsen är flightnumret frivilligt och används för att ge dig en rekommenderad tid för upphämtning.
