Why should I use Taxibokning?

Taxibokning is Sweden’s largest taxi booking service. With a single booking service, you gain access to around 100 of Sweden’s most reliable taxi companies, can compare prices, and travel safely throughout the country.

Jag kan inte logga in – vad kan vara fel?

Dubbelkolla e-postadress och lösenord. Om du får felmeddelandet "Felaktigt användarnamn/lösenord", kan kontot vara felregistrerat. Ditt konto kan också blivit inaktiverat. Prova "glömt lösenord" eller kontakta support så hjälper vi dig.

Jag får ingen e-post för att återställa lösenordet – vad gör jag?

How do I know how much a taxi ride costs?

To see the price of a taxi ride, enter the pick-up address, drop-off address and desired pick-up time. You will then receive a list of available taxi companies and their fixed prices, making it easy to compare and choose the option that suits you best. Please note that the price can be adjusted if you choose more passengers or if special additional services are added.

How do I cancel a booking?

Cancellation is made in the app or on the website and is possible until you have been allocated a car. You can cancel from the app or the web. Go to history and open the booking and click "Cancel". The Cancel button disappears when the trip can no longer be cancelled. When cancellation is no longer possible, there will be no refund of the trip. Contact Taxibooking support or the booked taxi company if you have any questions.

 

 

What do I do if the taxi is late?

If your taxi is delayed, contact the taxi company you have booked. The telephone number for the taxi company can be found in your booking confirmation.

What do I do if I forgot the password?

Select "Forgot Password" where you log in and enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset it. Click the link and enter a new password. Now your password is updated and you can log into the app again.

Does Taxibokning have quality, security, and sustainability goals?

Yes. Taxibokning is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001, and also complies with PCI/DSS. We handle personal data in a strict and responsible manner and actively work with quality, sustainability, and information security.

How do I find my booking?

If you have made the booking as logged in to your user account, you will find all your bookings under My trips. You can always open your booking confirmation via the link you received in the SMS confirmation.

How do I get a receipt?

Go under my trips and open a trip, there you will find your receipt for the trip if it is prepaid. You can also find the booking via the link you received via SMS. If you pay in the car, the receipt must be obtained from the driver.

Can I book a trip with multiple stops?

Yes, you can book up to 4 additional stops. This means that when making your booking, you can add extra stops between the pickup address and the final destination. To book a trip with multiple stops, click Search trip. Bookings with additional stops can be made at a fixed price or on the taximeter. When booking at a fixed price, 3 minutes of waiting time are included at each stop. The price of the trip is calculated based on distance and time according to the selected taxi company’s tariff. Please note that it is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that all passengers are ready at the via address. Also note that airports can only be booked as a pickup or final destination, and split payment is not available. Any cost sharing is the responsibility of the passengers themselves.

Hur bokar jag med barnstol?

Välj önskad barnstol som tillval. Skriv i bokningen hur många barnstolar du behöver och barnens ålder, så försöker vi ordna det.

Jag har glömt något i taxin – vad gör jag?

Om du har glömt något i taxin ska du i första hand kontakta det taxibolag som utförde körningen. Kontaktuppgifter hittar du i din bokningsbekräftelse under Mina resor eller i det bekräftelsemejl som skickades.

För att underlätta hanteringen: ange bokningsnummer, beskriv det du glömt, ange tid och plats för resan.

Om du inte får tag på bolaget eller är osäker på vilket bolag du åkte med, kontakta Taxiboknings support, så hjälper vi dig att spåra vilket bolag som hade körningen och förmedlar ärendet vidare.

Jag vill skapa ett nytt företagskonto – hur gör jag?

Registrera ditt företag i vår app eller på vår webbsida. Där kan du även ansöka om fakturabetalning.

Jag har skapat ett konto men det är inte kopplat till mitt företag – varför?

Om du har skapat kontot själv innan företagsadministratören hunnit lägga upp dig kan kontot ha registrerats som ett privat konto. Kontakta supporten så hjälper vi dig att koppla kontot till rätt företag.

I want to make a complaint about a trip – how do I do that?

If you are dissatisfied with a trip (delayed, incorrectly charged, rude driver), we will forward the matter to the taxi company and get back to you with a response.

How do I book to and from airports?

You book your trip as usual. Make sure you have your flight number available, as we will ask for it during the booking. For airport pickups, we need your flight number because the taxi company monitors your flight’s arrival and adjusts the pickup time if the flight is delayed or arrives early. When booking a trip to the airport, the flight number is optional and is used to provide you with a recommended pickup time.

Hur vet jag om bilen är på väg?

För de flesta taxibolag skickar Taxibokning ett SMS när bilen närmar sig så du kan följa bilens väg till upphämtning på karta. Du hittar också taxibolaget med telefonnummer i din bokningsbekräftelse.

Kan jag boka i en viss stad eller med ett visst bolag?

Systemet visar automatiskt ett anslutna taxibolag i det område du bokar. Om ett visst bolag inte dyker upp kan det bero på kapacitetsbrist. Välj närliggande adress eller kontakta support vid behov.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your profile and delete the user account.

Jag får tekniskt fel eller systemet hänger sig – vad gör jag?

Om du får ett felmeddelande: Försök uppdatera sidan eller logga ut/in. Om du använder appen, prova att starta om appen. Om felet kvarstår, kontakta supporten. Beskriv vad som hände och bifoga skärmbild samt eventuella felmeddelanden.
