Here is a list of frequently asked questions.
Cancellation is done in the app or on the website and is possible until a car is assigned to you. You can cancel from the app or the web. Go to history and open the booking and click on "Cancel". The cancel button disappears when the trip can no longer be canceled. When cancellation is no longer possible, there is no refund of the trip. Contact Taxibokning support or the booked taxi company if you have any questions.
If your taxi is delayed, contact the taxi company you booked. The telephone number of the taxi company can be found in your booking confirmation.
Select "Forgot password" where you log in and enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset it. Click on the link and enter a new password. Your password is now updated and you can log in to the app again.
If you have made the booking as logged in to your user account, you will find all your bookings under My trips. You can always open your booking confirmation via the link you received in the SMS confirmation.
Go to 'My Trips' and open a trip, there you will find your receipt for the trip if it is prepaid.. You can also access your booking through the link sent to you via SMS. If you pay in the car, the driver should provide you with the receipt.
Unfortunately, we do not have that function yet, but if it's possible to book on the meter, you can always ask the driver to go to a via address.
Go to your profile and delete your user account.
